The Olympia Players

The Olympia Players are a professional Thetare Company based in Hampshire England. Originally founded in 1910 by actor Franklyn Vernon as a Musichall and Variety troupe known as The Franklyn Vernon OPQ's. The company disbanded in the mid 1920's.

In 2015 Mr Vernon's Great Grandson also an actor reopened The Olympia Players. Focusing on theatre, the new generation of Players have performed both in London and in Hampshire. Providing opportunities for young writers, actors and directors.
